Three private 1-on-1 calls with a certified TC coach. About 30 to 45 minutes each. You walk out with the niche, the offer, and the script for your first paying client.

1

Find Your Niche

~45 min · Live 1-on-1 · Recorded
  • Your niche statement (one line)
  • Your top 5 client problems, ranked
  • Your top 5 client desires, ranked
  • Your "Five Fs" filled in
How we get there

Your coach walks you through the Five Fs. You stumble through some of them. By the end, the words coming out of your mouth are different from the ones you started with.

2

Build Your Offer

~30-45 min · Live 1-on-1 · Recorded
  • Your I Help Statement
  • Your Fingerprint Method named
  • Your offer shape written out
  • Your pricing anchor
How we get there

Your Fingerprint Method (the specific way you uniquely deliver a transformation) gets named. The strongest pair of problem + desire becomes the offer you can say out loud without flinching.

3

Your Closing Script

~30-45 min · Live 1-on-1 · Recorded
  • Your 3-call client structure
  • Your closing language
  • Your investment pitch script
  • Your first-client opening
How we get there

Your coach pitches your offer back to you so you can hear what it sounds like from the receiving end. Then you do it. That's how you find out what feels honest in your mouth.

Between & after the calls: 30 days of RichmondAI on, 24/7. The 11pm question. The drive-home doubt. The niche idea that pops while you're making lunch. Built on Richmond's entire teaching library.

Questions that come up.

Is this right for me?
What if I don't have a niche or offer yet?

That's literally what this is for. Jessica came in stuck on which niche to pick. Leanne had spun in circles on messaging for years. Both walked out with the thing they came in confused about. You don't need anything sorted before call 1.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Show up with your laptop, a notebook, and whatever's in your head about what you want to build. The coach asks the questions.

What if I'm not based in Australia?

Most TE buyers aren't. Coaches are matched based on your timezone. You'll get someone whose calendar lines up with yours. (All prices in USD.)

How it works
How long is each call?

Around 30 to 45 minutes. Call 1 runs longer because it's the deepest. Calls 2 and 3 are tighter.

What if I need to reschedule?

The coaches work around real life. Kids get sick. Work blows up. Message us and we'll move it.

Do I get the recordings?

Yes. Lifetime access to all 3 sessions. Plus the recordings of Richmond running his own Tiny Challenges, which you don't get anywhere else.

Want to Revisit Anything From the Masterclass?

Open Whatever's Helpful.

You just sat through 3 hours of Richmond on the masterclass. Some of this is fresh. Some has faded. Tap any section below to revisit the parts that matter for your decision.

Refresh me on what each session covers (the deep version)

If you want the full breakdown of each call instead of the compact summary up top, here it is.

Call 1: around 45 minutes

Your coach asks you the same five questions every Tiny Challenge starts with. The Five Fs.

Future. If we sat down for coffee 12 months from now, what would you be proud to tell me?
Frustrations. What's preventing you from having that right now?
Fears. What are you most afraid of?
Failures. What have you tried that didn't work?
Beliefs. What stories are underneath all of it?

You'll stumble through some of these. Most coaches do. The first time you try to answer the future question out loud, you'll catch yourself softening it. Cutting it in half. Hedging. By the end of call 1, the words coming out of your mouth are different from the words you started with.

Call 2: 30 to 45 minutes

This is where your I Help Statement comes out. Your Fingerprint Method gets named. The shape of your offer starts to settle into something you can say out loud without flinching.

You'll spend most of this call describing your niche in their words, not yours. Top 5 problems they have. Top 5 things they want. Rank them. The strongest pair becomes your I Help Statement: "I help [who] go from [pain] to [desire]", said cleanly.

Call 3: 30 to 45 minutes

This is where you build the actual three-call structure you'll run with your own first client. Plus the close. Plus the investment language.

The coach will pitch your offer back TO you so you can hear what it sounds like from the receiving end. Then you'll do it. That's how you find out what feels honest in your mouth and what doesn't. You walk out of call 3 with a script you can run.

Show me Janet's story again. The aha moment.

You can describe a Tiny Challenge forever. You can watch one. You can read about one. None of it manufactures the aha moment.

Janet, a real client coached by Caitlin, named the moment it happened for her:

I felt like I just leaped off a cliff. Janet · real Tiny Challenge client

That feeling is what the Tiny Experience buys you. The moment you stop guessing at your offer and start hearing it as something a real person would buy. Nothing else buys you that.

You ARE the Client. Not the Observer.

The Tiny Experience puts you in the chair. The coach is asking YOU the questions. The homework is for YOUR business. The recordings are of YOUR sessions. You're not watching someone else figure their offer out. You're the one finding yours.

The 5 moves most coaches make at this point. And why none of them get you clients.

If you've been on the masterclass and haven't bought yet, you're probably about to do one of these five things. Here's why they don't work.

Move 1. Watch the masterclass again. Or another masterclass. You already understand the framework. Another 3 hours of watching it explained doesn't put a paying client on your calendar. More information was never the gap.
Move 2. Re-read the book. Buy another course. The book is brilliant. The book has also never closed a paying client. Reading 100 books about golf doesn't teach you what it feels like to swing a club.
Move 3. Try to recruit your first client cold and figure it out as you go. Some coaches do. Most freeze on call 1 because they've never been through the coaching pattern from the receiving end. The prospect goes quiet. They fill the silence. They miss the moment.
Move 4. "I'll start when I figure out my niche." This loop costs coaches a year. Sometimes more. You don't figure out your niche from the laptop. You figure it out by saying it out loud while someone reflects it back to you.
Move 5. Buy another program. Add to the pile. You may have bought programs before. Certifications. Niche courses. Group challenges that fizzled. That history is in your shoulders when you read this page. It's why the Tiny Experience is $297. Not $5,000 with a payment plan.
What It Actually Sounds Like: Real Quotes From Caitlin's Sessions

Coaching from the receiving end isn't motivational. It's specific. These are real things Caitlin Winch (one of the 4 certified coaches) has said in real coaching sessions.

"Messy is sexy."

When you apologize for not having it figured out yet.

"It's not a tattoo."

When you panic about picking the "wrong" niche.

"Where there is uncomfortableness, there is always growth."

When you go quiet because she just named something you'd been hiding from yourself.

"You don't have a lead problem. You have a being-seen problem."

Diagnostic. Landing the actual blocker.

Not motivational. Not preachy. Concrete, specific, warm. This is what coaching from the inside actually sounds like.

The other buyers. Jessica, Leanne, Josephine and the rest.

Three buyers who said yes live on Q&A calls. Different stuck points. Same decision.

"I've been so stuck on which niche to pick. I love the fact that the tiny challenges help you with the marketing research."

JessicaLive on the Q&A. Bought the Tiny Experience that day.

"I have spun in circles for so long. I'm just hung up on messaging. So if somebody could help me with that, oh my God, I'll just go gangbusters."

Leanne JohnstonAussie coach in Salt Lake City. Same Q&A as Jessica. Same decision.

"Stuck on niche. The framework made sense, didn't know what to do Monday morning. Three sessions later she had her niche, her offer, and the script for her first close."

JosephineCoached by Jane Sandford after Feb Q&A purchase.
Why this works better for new coaches than experienced ones.

You took notes on the masterclass. You may have downloaded the workbook. You probably know more about coaching frameworks than 95% of working coaches.

And your calendar still has empty slots where the paying clients should be.

The gap isn't between knowing the framework and understanding it. You understand it. The gap is between understanding it and running it for YOUR niche, YOUR offer, YOUR audience until paying clients show up.

None of that closes itself with more time. Theory doesn't dissolve the question. Doing does.

And here's the part most coaches miss: new-coach status is an advantage in this method, not a liability. The Tiny Challenge framework is designed so the coach in the chair learns the offer at the same time the client does. You don't need 5 years of pre-built credibility. You need to be inside one.

The aha moment only happens from inside one. $297 USD, one-time · 3 sessions.
Richmond Dinh and the Tiny Challenge community celebrating together

Stop Chasing. Start Closing.

The Masterclass Put the Theory in Your Head. The Tiny Experience Puts You in the Chair.

You can read about coaching forever. Take notes on every framework. Re-read every workbook. None of it teaches you what it feels like to be the one being coached. None of it gets you a paying client by Friday.

Being coached is the unlock. Paying clients are the result.

$297 USD, one-time payment. 3 sessions. One of 4 certified coaches.

"She got 9 yeses out of 10 Tiny Challenges. She walked in trying to prove the method wrong."
Christine Riley · skeptic-turned-believer

P.S. If you're still on the fence, here's the thing I tell every coach stuck in the "I need to figure it out first" loop. Action comes before clarity. 100% of the time. The coaches who actually got clients didn't figure it out first and then act. They acted and let clarity catch up.

P.P.S. The 4 coaches' calendars fill in real time. We don't make up scarcity, and we don't hide the math either. Book today and you'll likely start this week or next.

Richmond Dinh with his family

Why I built this for $297.

I have four kids. I get how scary it feels to bet on yourself when you've got people watching. The Tiny Experience is priced this way because the math should never be the thing that stops you from starting.

The decision should be about whether you believe in the work. Not the cost of finding out.
